Brunch Menu

Thirteen plates — sweet, savory, and the in-between. Chilaquiles, chicken & waffle, the LUMA Sampler, and a wagyu Brunch Burger.

  • Fried chicken breast, buttermilk waffle, topped with maple syrup, powdered sugar, served with a side of crispy potatoes.

  • Crispy tortilla chips tossed in your choice of green or red salsa, topped with shredded chicken, queso fresco, crema, and eggs your way.

  • Nutella French toast topped with strawberries, bananas, and powdered sugar.

  • 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, and crispy potatoes.

  • Fluffy buttermilk lemon-infused pancakes with blueberries, topped with whip cream and lemon zest.

  • Choose 4: bacon, ham, mozzarella, cheddar, mushroom, spinach, tomatoes, served with crispy potatoes and toast.

  • 10 oz New York strip served with eggs your way and a side of crispy potatoes.

  • 8 oz Japanese wagyu beef, bacon, cheese, hash browns, eggs your way, served with a side of fries.

  • Buttery toasted croissant layered with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, American cheese, and fresh avocado, served with a side of crispy potatoes.

  • Smoked salmon, whip cream cheese, cucumber, fresh dill and capers served on sourdough.

  • Avocado, crispy bacon, egg your way, served on sourdough.

  • Two sunny-side eggs served over crispy tostadas, red and green salsa, queso fresco, crema, fresh cilantro, with a side of black beans and crispy potatoes.

  • Layers of creamy yogurt, seasonal berries, and crunchy granola, finished with a drizzle of honey.

Mimosas and Bellinis at six. Brunch Punch, Sangria Mia, Bloody Maria, French 75, and a smoked Old Fashioned for the ones who came hungry.

  • Tropical blend of Bacardi, peach, banana, citrus, and grenadine. Garnished with fruit skewer.

  • Vodka sangria with peach, juices, cabernet float, and Sprite.

  • Tequila, mezcal, lime, and Clamato. Salt rim, bacon garnish.

  • Blue curaçao, Malibu, pineapple, lime, chamomile. Blueberry & lime garnish.

  • Bulleit rye with maple and cinnamon. Topped with a bacon aroma.

  • Gin, lime, champagne. Lemon twist garnish.

  • Gin, Razzmatazz, hibiscus, champagne.

  • Gin, melon, blue curaçao, pineapple, champagne. Pineapple garnish.

  • Champagne + juice of choice: orange, pineapple, watermelon, or cranberry.

Three builds, all $10. Cold brew base, kahlúa-forward, finished with whipped cream.
